Hi, I am Erin.
To those local to Te Awamutu, you may recognise me as the previous owner of The Storeroom. A Pantry Refillery, with a focus on Waste Awareness. As well as owning the shop, my husband and I have a farming background of 21 years.
As a family we are conscious of our footprint, and to try make choices that have a better impact. We are excited to be able to live tiny and to see how sustainable we can be. We are currently renovating our new home, a bus.
I am a proud mum of 4 amazing boys. Our eldest two boys have left home and are studying. Our two youngest currently attend local schools.
During all my years as a supportive mum, I have been on board many groups and committees, being a great organiser and leader. This helped me while establishing a business from scratch.
My strengths became apparent while running my business and when the opportunity arose to sell, I decided to use my love for creativity, the challenge of growing small business’ and my desire to help others.
This has led me to here and I am excited to put all my skills and passion into this role at Impact Tutoring.
As a parent, I am very aware of how important education is and the opportunity for all children to have access to all the tools they require to assist them. I am passionate about all children being able to reach their full potential. I believe in having clear communication, compassion and understanding.
I am excited to be part of the Impact Tutoring team and helping with the continued development.
