- A relaxed chat first. We talk through what you want to be able to do - no test, no pressure.
- One to one sessions. Just you and your tutor, in person at a Hub or online across New Zealand.
- A self-paced option. The Need-to-know Maths Club lets you rebuild maths confidence online from $9.99/month.
- No lock-in. Carry on for as long as it helps, and stop whenever you are ready.

- Do you offer literacy and numeracy for adults?
- Yes. Impact Tutoring offers adult literacy and numeracy tutoring across New Zealand - reading, writing, spelling and everyday maths - one to one, in person at a local Hub or online anywhere in the country.
- I feel embarrassed about my level. Is that a problem?
- Not at all. Most adult learners feel that way at first. Sessions are private, patient and completely judgment-free. We start from where you are, at your pace, and it starts with a relaxed chat rather than a test.
- Can adult tutoring be done online?
- Yes. We tutor adults online right across New Zealand, so you can learn from home at a time that suits you, as well as in person at our Hubs.
- What can adult tutoring help with?
- Reading and comprehension, writing, spelling and grammar, everyday and workplace maths, money and budgeting, and the foundation skills needed to return to study or training.
- Is there an online course option for adults?
- Yes. The Need-to-know Maths Club is a self-paced online maths membership mapped to the NZ curriculum from Year 1 to Year 13, from NZ$9.99/month - a flexible option for adults rebuilding maths confidence.
- Do I have to commit to a fixed term?
- No. There are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms. You continue for as long as it is useful to you.
