The CAA exams are a crucial component of the year 10 curriculum. Passing them is a requirement of NCEA in following years and they cover a wide range of numeracy skills. This course contains five modules and five quizzes, dealing with:

1. Statistics Basics: Mean, median, mode, average
2. Timetables: Time conversions, interpreting time charts
3. Analysing Graphs: Calculations: Applying fractions, decimals, percentages, co-ordinates, other number methods using graphs
4. Analysing Graphs: Trends: Explaining interesting features, central tendencies, spread for graphs
5. Justifying Claims: Using mathematics to justify claims. How do we justify claims in mathematics?
